However, the Freo X Ultra has its faults, especially in terms of navigation. Its LiDAR and laser sensors aren't as reliable as other robovacs, which means it is sometimes stuck or confused in certain areas of the house. It's also not able to climb stairs like other models and doesn't come with a dock that can create a clean zone for carpets that are soft.
Although it doesn't provide as much in the way of cleaning-related options in its app or as many shortcuts within the app as other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for anyone looking for an all-around great mop and vacuum cleaner that's worth the higher price price.

The eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance is less expensive and provides an identical experience on the app with more features, including the ability to climb stairs, a full-function dock, and better overall performance when vacuuming floors and low and high-pile carpets.
